On November 21, 2015, NGO2.0 held a forum with Syntao (a Corporate Social Responsibility consulting company) and seven support-type NGOs based in Hunan, Henan, Anhui, Ningxia, Sichuan, Gansu, and Yunnan provinces. A blue print for developing an NGO Performance Evaluation Project was designed.
